Child Protection Policy

The Cheeta Foundation is unconditionally committed to the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all minors. We enforce a comprehensive, uncompromising Zero Tolerance policy against any form of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children. This mandate applies to every individual associated with our organization, including the Founder, the 12-member district task forces, administrative staff, field volunteers, and medical personnel attached to the Helicopter Ambulance initiative. To maintain this protective environment, all representatives must undergo rigorous background checks and behavioral vetting before engaging in any community outreach, especially during Makkal Parliament gatherings where families and children are present. Our protocols dictate that no adult representative shall ever be left alone with a minor without the presence of a legal guardian or another authorized team member. Furthermore, we actively integrate child rights advocacy into our anti-corruption and community empowerment programs. Every member of the Cheeta Foundation acts as a mandatory reporter; should anyone observe, suspect, or receive a disclosure of child abuse, they are legally and morally obligated to report the incident immediately to local law enforcement and child protection agencies. Violation of this policy results in immediate termination of association and the initiation of criminal proceedings.
